Release The Past, Enjoy The Present, Embrace The Future
Trauma therapy for adults in Utah

What happened in the past does not have to keep running your life.
When trauma, confusing feelings, or repeating patterns keep showing up, therapy can help you make sense of it all. Many of my clients can't put their finger on what's going on, just that something feels off. Maybe you’re stuck in the same kinds of relationships. Maybe your reactions feel too big—or too shut down. Together, we’ll figure out what’s really happening and start making changes.
Clients often share that therapy with me brings:
You don’t have to come in with it all figured out. This is a space where we can be real, get curious, and do the work—together.

Hi, I'm Emma.
Therapist. People-lover. Curious human.
I work with adults who’ve lived through hard things—and are ready to start healing from them. Whether you’re carrying the weight of old trauma, navigating anxiety, burnout, or struggling in relationships that leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, this space is for you.
My path into therapy wasn’t linear. I was pre-med before a serious accident changed everything. As I healed, I became fascinated not just with physical recovery—but with what helps people feel whole again, inside and out.
I’m especially passionate about working with trauma survivors, veterans, and people navigating complex emotional experiences, including borderline and other personality disorders. I bring deep clinical expertise to this work, along with warmth, curiosity, and a grounded, nonjudgmental presence.
Clients often tell me they feel safe to be fully themselves here—no mask, no shame, no pressure to have it all figured out.
If you're ready for a space where you can explore your story and start writing a new chapter, reach out to set up a consultation call.
